How To Make A DIY Body Wrap At Home

Good thing there is an easy solution to that problem. These DIY body wraps can help them lose inches around their stomach. All they need to do is to concoct the mixture and leave it wrapped overnight.

Cellulite Body Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seaweed powder
  • 3 tbsp of Olive oil or Almond Oil
  • 2 cups of warm water

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together until you reach your desired consistency. You want it to look like a mud, not water.
  2. Add the essential oils if desired.

Detox Body Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bentonite powder
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of water

Directions:

Mix everything in a bowl. Add powder or water to get the desired thickness.

Ginger Body Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. of ginger roots or powder for a warming effect
  • 5 tbsp. of bentonite clay powder
  • 10 tbsp. of warm water

Directions:

  1. Place everything into a blender and mix together.
  2. Apply to your body where you want to improve circulation and then wrap with plastic wrap
  3. Leave for 20-40 minutes and rinse with warm water and a quick cold rinse.
